Hefei City Green Construction Present Situation Analysis And The Countermeasure Research

With the environment crisis of concern and attention,the ecological environment hasbecome the biggest challenges confronted by human society.The realization ofsustainable development,to create a harmonious society ideas win support among thepeople. Green building accords with the sustainable development of constructionindustry, but also an inevitable choice for the construction of a resource-saving,environment-friendly society.This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of the development of greenbuilding,by ecology,the Marx doctrine of ethics, and the traditional harmonious idea andmodern green harmonious theory as the theoretical basis,philosophical basis for thedevelopment of green building.The concept of "green building" has a profoundmeaning,,it is not a simple architectural forms,but a very complex ecologicalproblems,represents a kind of value concept.Currently,worldwide definition of theconcept of green building is not unified,countries through their practice theory,formulates the concept of green building in accordance with their own nationalconditions.China in2006promulgated the "green building evaluation criteria" to makethe accurate definition of green building.To understand the green building,need to seizethe characteristics from different levels,will be separated from the green building andtraditional building area,prevent the misunderstanding in green building.At the sametime,this paper focus on grasping the design principle and evaluation system of greenbuilding,green technology,green design analysis into the overall standard ofconstruction,and the important significance of establishing evaluation index system,andsummarizes the development status of domestic green building.Based on the development situation of Hefei City,green building,green buildingdemonstration area in Shanghai city as an example,the two city were compared andevaluated the comparative advantage,shortage of green building development in HefeiCity,and the presence of.And based on this,the development of Hefei City,thedevelopment of green building should be mainly from the three levels of governmentbehavior,publicity and education and the strategy to promote the healthy developmentof Hefei City,for green building...
