| Pump body is the most important part of the rotary compressor. This thesis mainly analyzes the machining of two crucial parts of rotary compressor pump body, upper bearing and crankshaft. Meanwhile, it also makes study on the assembly technique of pump body used in enterprises.The main difficulty about upper bearing is internal grinding process. In view of the inner pore grinding machine, the thesis discusses the problems like affecting roundness positioning, preferences and vibrations; and proposes applicable solutions on adjustment and preferences.Crankshaft is another crucial part which requires high machining precision. The thesis emphasizes on the machining technique of external centerless grinding and eccentric grinding, and gives break parameter and feeding parameter selection, and preferable range of center height according to certain machine tool. In addition, the thesis makes technical analysis on eccentric grinding outside diameter process and harmful performance, gives adjustment method, and discusses the method of changing the rolling bearing into hydrostatic bearing.The thesis analyzes the pump body assembly technique. Firstly, it analyzes the accuracy requirement of pump body and dimension chain for assembly, and derives assembly adjustment method. Secondly, it gives statement and research on security process method of assembly accuaracy, seeks out the control difficulty, and makes practical control method. The last, it presents some improvement measures on improving assembly accuracy based on statistic analysis.The thesis.makes research on manufacture technique including parts machining, assembly, etc. which applied by enterprise, and on each technique control difficulty. It puts forward a series of measures for accuracy control, so that provides theory support and practical guidance for daily production. |
