As the one of the five core parts of a household air conditioner,the efficiency of a compressor has a significant impact on the efficiency of air conditioning.Along with China’s implementation of the level of energy efficiency standards for household electrical appliances,air conditioning manufacturers also have higher requirements for the efficiency of the compressor.In order to meet the demand of the market,enhance the enterprise’s competiveness,it is urgent to develop high-efficiency compressor and improve the level of compressor manufacturing.Therefore,reducing the energy consumption of compressor,and improving the efficiency is an important subject for this text.Starting from the aspect of quality management,this paper puts forward the measures to improve the product quality and the performance of rotary air conditioning compressor,and introduces a set of new measures(Statistical Process Control)suitable for the quality management of Nanchang Highly.In addition,starting from the design of air conditioning compressor,this paper expounds the working principle of air conditioning compressor,analyzes the key factor affecting the compressor efficiency,and proposes the measures to reduce leakage loss in the process of production and to promote the efficiency of compressor’s effective volume efficiency.Based on the existing assembly problems of the large fluctuations in the core-shift clearance size and in the cylinder-piston coordination in the process of rotary compressor assembly,y statistical process control method is proposed to monitor the actual fluctuation of the core-shift assembly machine and control the height and size of the end-face grinding process of cylinder and piston.From the view of 4M1E(man,machine,material,method,environment),this analyzes the factors affecting size fluctuation and establishes a process control chart.By reducing the size of fluctuations,the machining precision is guaranteed,thus improving the success rate of core-shift assembly and the matching rate of up-down clearance,reducing the clearance leakage and enhancing the efficiency of compressor.Finally,the strategies to achieve manual and automatic data acquisition in implementing SPC at the scene of manufacturing line are introduced,and the specific implementation of networking scheme is presented,which promotes the application of SPC control technology in the company.
