Central heating control system has become the main heating method for residents in China,which is of great significance to save energy and improve the living quality of residents in cold areas.After decades of development,due to the existence of unreasonable operation and management,energy utilization efficiency is not high enough,resulting in heating exchange can’t achieve a balance statement,and energy will be wasted,there have some space to enhance the effect of heating system.Heat exchange station is an important part of central heating,in order to improve the control effect of central heating and ensure the stability and reliability of heating system,it is necessary to improve the management and control of heat exchange station,so as to ensure that users can get a comfortable heating environment.In view of the problems of the existing heating system,this paper makes a thorough study of the process flow of the heating network,briefly explains its working mode,and briefly discusses the control mode and method.The design is based on STM32F103VCT6 chip.The circuit design of data acquisition function,RS-485 communication circuit design,4-20 m A analog signal and digital signal output circuit design,network communication circuit design,power supply circuit design is completed.At the same time,the software is designed to realize the monitoring and control of temperature,flow,pressure and other parameters on the primary and secondary side of the heating system,so as to achieve the balance of heat supply and demand and save energy.On the premise of ensuring the feasibility of the scheme,the Multisim simulation is carried out to verify the circuit.In terms of control strategy,because the traditional PID control is not ideal for the time-varying system,and the central heating system has complex operation characteristics and serious lag,this paper adopts fuzzy control algorithm to optimize PID.In order to show that the PID combined with fuzzy control is better than the classical PID,MATLAB tool is used to simulate and compare the optimization algorithm.Design the final control circuit PCB board and complete the actual test.The central heating controller designed in this paper adopts the "master-slave" communication mode,and the field data is transmitted to the host through the bus.From the perspective of normal use,this method is convenient for installation,reduces the complexity of construction,and reduces the difficulty of operation and maintenance in the later stage.According to the long-term running condition,the system has a good control effect on the heat exchange station,can balance the load,save energy,and greatly reduce the operating cost of the system,so the heating controller designed in this paper has theoretical research significance and practical value.
