| In this paper, firstly, based on the kinematics and mechanics analysis of high-speed rolling bearing, the Quasi statics model was established. The pedestal bearing B7010C/P4of a certain type of non-standard aircraft engine spindle bearing testing machine was acted as the research object, and solved the equations with Newton-Raphson. According to the actual different working condition, the mechanical model of high-speed rolling bearing under the pure axial load and combined load were analyzed separately, the contact angle, contact stress and strain between the rolling element and the raceway surface were calculated and analyzed.Secondly, the isothermal line contact EHL model was established which was suitable for the lubrication analysis of the cylindrical roller bearing. And solved the nonlinear equations with Newton-Raphson and accelerated the convergence velocity by citing the "down-mountain factor" in the iteration process. Then the typical characteristics of the EHL oil film and the influence of the speed and load on the film pressure and thickness was studied. Meanwhile, the application of the isothermal line contact EHL theory in the rolling bearing was discussed, and the EHL condition between the inner ring raceway surface and rolling elements of the domestic and imported rolling bearing were analyzed, which were of the same type.Thirdly, the mechanical structural features, the driving system, the loading system, the lubrication system and the monitoring system of a certain type of non-standard aircraft engine spindle bearing testing machine was introduced, and the mechanical system was debugged and improved for the problems of spindle playing and unbalance load of rolling element.Fourthly, based on the current evaluation parameters of the rolling bearing raceway surface and3D surface parameters from ISO/TS CD25178-2:2006, the relationship between the surface topography parameters and the rolling bearing performance is established. The3D topography of two sets of the rolling bearing inner ring raceway surfaces, which are of the same type, are measured and compared. The effectiveness of the amplitude parameters(Saã€Sz〠Sskã€Sku), functional parameters(Sxpã€Vmpã€Vvc), spatial and hybrid Parameters(Sdpã€Sdr), feature parameter(Spd), to characterize the rolling bearing performances is verified.Finally, the influence of surface topography characteristics on the performance of rolling bearings was studied with the aircraft engine spindle bearing testing machine. It is showed that the dimension parameters of the laser micro-pits had a significant influence on the topography characteristics of the inner ring raceway surface after testing, and the contact characteristic of the rolling bearing raceway surface should not be weakened by the laser micro-pits. And because of the limitation of the experimental condition and the lack of the experimental experience, the dimension parameters of the laser micro-pits which can improve the overall performance of the raceway surface were not finded in the series of experiments. |
