Nowadays, there are the large-scale construction projects of the urban rail transport in Chinese major cities. Due to their large-scale projects, long time limit, the amount of capital invested, the national multiple departments attach great importance, and people are keen interested in the construction. Especially,a project control of Beijing subway about construction management,safety,quality,environmental protection and time limit is more important and attract more attention. This paper tries to take advantage of the multiple quantitative and qualitative methods, then taking Tianshuiyuan subway station as an example from time limit, cost, quality, safety and environmental protection to analyze in order to improve the overall effectiveness of the metro project. The main research contents include the following:firstly, to set up the virtual static goal optimized system of subway construction. Before the construction. According to the construction data with the virtual technology (VR), BPNN, GM (1,1), PERT, Cost-significant (CS) to find out the important work process about time limit, cost, quality, safety and environmental protection. And to establish security system about the "five controlment". Secondly, virtual dynamic optimization management system in subway construction is built. In the process of construction, taking week as control period, to investigative problems, causes and solutions about time limit,cost,quality,safety and environmental protection in each control period.Finding out the definite solutions or developing the new solutions.And then to summarize the "five controlment" in order to use in the next control period. Finally, through the PDCA circulation management get the perfect security system about the "five controlment". Thirdly, corresponding Virtual Dynamic Optimization management software system is set up. Virtual Dynamic Optimization management software system should have the above-described various functions.With the software system, various leaders could control the finished project and the finishing project easily, so reduce the problems of the time limit,cost,quality,safety and environmental protection. There are two intentions about writing this paper:on the one hand, try to explore the rationality of the virtual technology (VR) during the construction of the subway project; on the another hand, thorough instance, to establish the database of problems, causes and solutions about time limit, cost, quality, safety and environmental protection so that taking advantage of the great database to solve the problems in future construction.
