At present, the asynchronous motor such as the low efficiency of crusherand oil-pumping in variable load operation, the serious problem of the loss of themotor, combining with the problem of dynamic voltage regulator which cancontinuously adjust the voltage, energy-saving optimization method is proposedbased on dynamic voltage regulator, regarding implementation of fluctuating loadfollow adjusting motor port voltage, improving the operational efficiency,reducing the loss of the motor to achieve the purpose.On the basis of summarizing the existing theory of AC asynchronous motorof motor electricity, saving control mode and the pressure regulating energyrelated on the basis of the theory of AC asynchronous motor, in the actualoperation of work energy consumption were analyzed, obtained by changing themotor port voltage which can reduce the motor loss, and under different loadrates there is always an optimal voltage value in order to achieve the minimumthe loss of the motor in voltage, depicting the dynamic adjust voltage before andafter the efficiency of motor and load rate, the relation curve between the motorterminal voltage and load rate, and convert it into a function, to realize thefeedback control of dynamic adjust voltage; the main topology of dynamicvoltage regulator for existing are summarized and improved, and the siliconcontrolled voltage regulating effects were demonstrated, putting forward themodel based on energy optimization device of dynamic voltage regulator,respectively. For the controllable silicon type dynamic voltage regulator andtransformer type dynamic voltage regulator, through the theoretical analysis thedifferent of two party in the practical application and application it in inductionmotor drives the periodic load and random load control system.In order to study the energy optimization method based on dynamic voltagescaling deeply, via the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment, the simulation model is established based on dynamic voltage regulator, obtained after motordynamic adjust the voltage of the electricity parameter curve, the voltage changecurve, and compared the changes before and after adjusting the voltage loss ofmotor at a fixed time integral value, through the simulation results can beobtained in dynamic voltage regulator has good energy saving effect, can realizeto the volatility under the load of the motor terminal voltage tracking controleffect, to reduce the motor loss, improve the operating efficiency of the motor,the purpose of energy saving operation control of motor.
