Switched reluctance motor with its simple structure, strong and durable, lowcost, high performance is superior, the advantages of high temperature resistance,strong fault tolerance rate, is highly attention in the field of electric vehicles, isseen as a very potential model.But because the work of the switched reluctancemotor show highly nonlinear, so how to establish reasonable motor model hasbecome the key research object.Through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature, thenonlinear model of switched reluctance motor, flux detection and control strategyresearch of the development of related technologies and research status of thispaper, and further study of the switched reluctance motor nonlinear modelingmethod.Paper using the formula method of switched reluctance motor nonlinearmodeling, based on T.J.E.M iller proposed modeling combined with Fourierseries method, based on several special position of magnetization curve, flux andelectromagnetic torque equation is deduced, and establish the nonlinear model ofthe switched reluctance motor.Through the comparison with the measured curveof flux, with the nonlinear model is verified by a higher precision.Build motor,using Matlab software and its system model, the traditional PID control andfuzzy PID control simulation.Built the nonlinear model is verified by thesimulation results can reflect the operation condition of the motor, at the sametime showed that the speed control system based on fuzzy PID control strategyhas better performance.On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation, the paper designs thehardware circuit of motor controller, completed the DSP software programming and set up the experimental platform.The experimental results show that themeasured wave of the prototype is consistent with the simulation waveform,which can realize smoothly of switched reluctance motor speed control, therationality of the control strategy is verified, the desired effect.
