Switched reluctance motor due to its simple structure,low manufacturing cost and suitable for hi gh temperature,high speed running characteristics are especially suitable for used as in-wheel motor of electric vehicle.But noise and torque ripple of switched reluctance motor are larger than permanent magnet motor and asynchronous motor,large torque ripple to limit its application to promote the main problem,how to reduce the torque ripple also have became hotspot and difficulty in research of switched reluctance motor in recent years.This article embarks from the switched reluctance motor is used as the in-wheel motor,the structure parameters of motor design,the establishment of the finite element model,the motor of the ontology analysis and optimization,the control of speed control system and simulation,this thesis probes into the key research how to reduce the wheel type torque ripple of switched reluctance motor,the content is as follows:In the first part,based on the analysis of the basic theory and mathematical model of switched reluctance motor and the dynamic performance requirements of electric vehicle,the structural parameters of switched reluctance motor are designed.In the second part,based on the finite element simulation software Ansoft Maxwell 2D,the finite element model of the hub motor is established,and the static and dynamic simulation of the motor is carried out.The static and dynamic characteristics of the motor are obtained.The aim of this paper is to improve the torque ripple by optimizi ng of angle of turn on?angle of turn off and optimizing of the stator pole tooth profile,and verify its validity by simulation.In the third part,in order to further reduce the torque ripple,from the motor control strategy,the switched reluctance motor speed drive uses fuzzy PI speed-current double closed loop control mode,and in Ansoft Maxwell 2D,Simplorer and Matlab / Simulink three software set up the joint simulation model of the switched reluctance motor speed control system,and the simulation analysis is carried out.The simulation results show that the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor can be further reduced by selecting a better control mode,which improves the dynamic characteristics of switched reluctance motor and makes equipped on it of in-wheel drive electric vehicle with more excellent dynamic and comfort performance.
