The urban road congestion is becoming increasingly serious, the main reason is theexisting traffic environment, traffic facilities and traffic tools do not match the followingphenomena, such as the growing population, frequently travel and rising ownership ofvehicles. The evaluation of urban road traffic state is proposed to solve the core and key ofreasonable measures based on real-time traffic conditions. It is the premise and guarantee toimprove the dynamic traffic guidance system and the application, both in the service of urbanconstruction managers, and benefit from travelers. Therefore, comprehensively consideringthe complexity and variability of massive traffic information in this paper, and regarding thebus electronic station board as tools to evaluate the real-time traffic status of the urban road. Itowns significantly practical meaning in the fields of technical, economic, social benefits andenvironmental benefits.Under the background of actual project requirements, and in the foundation of masteringthe basic working principle of bus electronic station board system, the design of vehicleterminal system is put forward combined with GPS positioning technology and GPRS-ZigBeewireless communication hybrid system in this paper. The evaluation of traffic state is a core,through detailed inquiry and comparison among the establishment of evaluation system, theselection of evaluation index and the structure of evaluation model, it is determined to regardcloud model as the evaluate tool. By instance acquisition of the information of arriving anddeparturing from the bus station in the route, the road traffic state is effectively evaluatedbased on the variation of travel time, average velocity and the parameters they influenced.Then, analyzing the real-time collection of traffic information, digital preprocessing andtime-sharing released the induced information from the perspective of the intelligent publictransportation comprehensive evaluation in follow. Finally, the intelligent traffic managementcenter in the form of website is designed by using the.net Framework platform. The real-timetransmission of bus information is come ture by connecting to the database. The dynamicdemonstration shows that the evaluation results can be calculated quickly and accurately bytaking the advantage of software programming and modeling, then released to traffic scenefor the induction of transportation.In this paper, the scheme is proposed to explore the applicability and effectiveness of thecloud model comprehensive evaluation method base on evaluation system and system design of bus electronic station board. The evaluation results and control measures of traffic state isfeedback to the variable message signs for dynamic releasing, which would induce travelersmake a reasonable choice of travel time and travel route, prevent traffic congestionexacerbated and increase the effective utilization rate of urban road.
