With large-scale wind power centralized access system, and the coordinated development of wind power and is the inherent requirement for achieving sustainable development. But the wind power output has the characteristics of random, intermittent, non-regulatory and so on. This impacts the power system reliability and economy, mainly in limiting the capacity delivery of wind power, increasing the difficulty of grid operation and transmission network planning. So the research group of wind farm output power fluctuation characteristics of large-scale wind power is concentrated outgoing transmission capacity optimization method is very necessary.Combining advanced theory of home and broad, based on output of wind power of Jilin wind farm clusters, Firstly, the output characteristics of wind farm group is analyzed, the relationship of the number of wind farms and the total installed capacity of wind power and wind farm group output is revealed, the model of the wind farm group of continuous output convergence evolution is constructed, the wind group continuous output curve of planning target years is forecast, the evaluation index and different models of the corresponding error analysis method is put forward. Secondly, combine the time value theory and the static optimization method of integrated power transmission capacity of clustering wind farms, put forward the dynamic optimization method of the integrated power transmission capacity of clustering wind farms. Thirdly, design the plat form of transmission network expansion planning platform with large scale wind power centralized grid, The wind power fluctuations characteristic analysis and transmission expansion planning needs including centralized access to large-scale wind power is meeting. Finally, the method which has been applied in large-scale transmission network expansion planning of wind power of western region of a province in northeast of China. The proposed method proven instances of theoretical and practical significance.
