| With the continuous development of the city, ground space and resources become tighter, the size and number of subway construction projects become larger, so an accident can cause a great impact. Therefore, the social emphasis on the underground project improved. Meanwhile, there are many connects between the municipal planning and engineering subway project, so integration implementation is the key to solving the problem. With the number of the integrated implementation project become larger, the risk factors in the implementation process become bigger, and risk management has become more difficult. Establish an effective risk analysis is most needed to project risk management.This paper studies the theory of risk management and processes of risk management. Combined with the process of implementing underground engineering, this paper discussed the process of underground engineering risk identification and methods of risk assessment, and analyzed the risk of Tongzhou District Core Metro North station integration projects, the main contents are:(1) Analyzed the feature and the risk of the integrated construction project, provide the basis for the study of risk management.(2) Identify the risk of Metro North station integration project. Factor analysis in other areas have applied in the risk analysis of underground project. Meanwhile, the WBS-RBS method, Verification table method, Fault tree analysis and many other methods are applied to the risk identification of underground engineering projects.(3) Estimate the risks of Metro North station integration project. In the actual case, using different methods to estimate the size of the risk to against different risks may happens in underground engineering projects.(4) Establish a comprehensive evaluation system for risk assessment of Metro North station integration project. Combining the characteristics of underground projects, using AHP and fuzzy theory risk assessment model after establishing risk evaluation index system of underground works. Taking Metro North station integration project as an example, evaluated the risk of the project.(5) Establish reasonable and effective risk assessment system to provide effective measures to avoid risks for the smooth implementation of the project. Established a evaluation system of integration project through the study of the project risk management. So construction workers can analyse the overall risk of project in early stage of the project. In this way, they can develop protective measures as soon as possible. |
