With the development of urbanization,urban underground space has been developed and utilized in large quantities.Subway traffic rail project has become an important measure to relieve the pressure of surface traffic and improve urban traffic conditions.In the construction process,subway station has many problems,such as narrow construction site,complex surrounding environment,and overlapping process flow,etc.,and safety accidents,such as surface deformation and foundation pit collapse,are very likely to occur in the construction process.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe construction of subway station construction,it is necessary to strengthen the management and control of construction risk,which is of great significance to ensure the smooth implementation of the project construction and safe construction.Taking the construction project of a subway station as an example,this paper discusses the construction risk management method of subway station construction from the two aspects of construction risk identification and evaluation analysis,combining the construction experience of similar projects at home and abroad and the construction technology commonly used at present.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Summarize and analyze the process of open cut,excavation method,advantages and disadvantages and scope of use commonly used in subway station construction,and point out that metro station should implement dynamic management step by step according to different construction stages.It mainly involves processes such as risk planning,identification,analysis,evaluation and risk control.(2)According to the actual situation of the subway station,the risk factor is identified,and the construction risk evaluation index system of the subway station including five first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process.(3)AHP was used to determine the weight of each index,and a construction risk evaluation model based on AHP-Fuzzy synthesis method was constructed.Then,taking Shuanghehu station as an engineering case,the construction risk of the subway station was evaluated by MATLAB language and the model built.(4)the research shows that the station construction risk score value of 55.59,double crane lake in 50~59 score interval,the construction risk in accordance with the principle of maximum membership degree level in ?,belong to major risk level.The evaluation results are almost consistent with the actual situation.The probability of station construction risk has reached the degree that it must be highly valued.Each construction link has attracted great attention,and corresponding improvement measures and strict monitoring have been taken in the links with larger problems to reduce the risk level as far as possible.(5)according to the results of risk assessment and the actual situation of subway station construction,aiming at the existing risks and hidden dangers,concrete improvement measures were proposed from the two aspects of construction process and enclosure structure design,so as to reduce the degree of construction risks.
