Reciprocating compressor is one of the most important equipments in chemical process industry, in the process it needs to consume large amounts of energy, due to process variation, the volume requirement is not immutable and frozen, it is necessary to adjust the current compressor, bypass regulator adjusting method is widely applied in the large compressor, but the gas returned is compressed, the compressor energy consumption is not reduced, domestic and foreign scholars generally prefer to explore the regulating method and partial stroke of pressing off inlet valve of gas.This paper mainly take HydroCOM system of Austria Hoerbiger company as the research object, the exhaust amount of calculation is deduced in theory under adjusting compressor, simulation analysis using CFD software for gas compressor valve within the flow, the pressure field and velocity field in the valve cavity pressure change under the condition of different loss and the distribution of velocity field, through the installation and commissioning work in the field to participate in the HydroCOM system, research and analysis the system structure and control logic, through debugging and analysis of its energy saving and optimization effect, HydroCOM can effectively save energy, so that the compressor to run more smoothly, thinking is used in the coking plant process the system problems and puts forward analysis and inference. Finally, try to design variable quantity of the system, design of control system using LabVIEW virtual instrument software, the valve in the unloading device under the condition of change and the possible impact of the analysis, and makes the valve design and material suggestions.
