Reciprocating compressor has been widely used in the field of chemical industry.However,with the change of enterprise process and the requirement of energy saving,enterprise's demand for compressor's flow rate regulation is also getting higher and higher.Compared with other flow rate regulation method,the flow regulating mode in a partial stroke press-off inlet valve is based on time control,which is not only realizes the continuous adjustment of the air displacement,but also reduce the energy consumption.The main idea of this paper is based on the principle of “saving power by refluxing”of compressor.That is,using mechanical device to control the late closing time of inlet valve,making partial gas reflux before compression.According to the length of the time,the compressor's displacement is determined,so as to realize full range capacity control of the compressor,and it also reduces the compressor's useless work.At first,we make a detailed analysis of the flow rate regulation mode in a partial stroke press-off inlet valve from thermodynamic model of working cycle of the compressor.Then,according to the model simulation results,it demonstrates the variation of air displacement and the effect of energy saving under this regulation model and establishes its control model.Secondly,the control model is modified by analyzing the motion law of valve plate of inlet valve,to ensure flow rate regulation and energy saving effect.Test results prove that the control system can achieves stepless volume adjustment of displacement on the premise of meet the production process.The adjusting device can operate reliable,its energy saving effect is remarkable,and economic benefit is considerable,which could be widely used in petrochemical and other fields.
