Reciprocating compressor is widely used in transportation, national defense, metallurgy and chemical industry. Due to the change of production demand, a large number of reciprocating compressors are working at full capacity, and the capacity control is needed. Enterprises need to face the problem that how to make the unit run under the load of production requirement. Bad management will make the unit operating in low efficiency state and a lot of energy is wasted.Energy saving and emission reduction is the theme of social development, and the key to change the mode of industrial development. Stepless capacity control system of reciprocating compressor has important practical significance for enterprises to achieve energy saving and emission reduction, and improve the operational efficiency of the unit. At present, stepless capacity control system of reciprocating compressor has been monopolized by foreign companies, and there is no mature gas control system in China.This paper take reciprocating compressor as a research object, take developing stepless capacity control system as the main content to achieve the compressor energy saving and emission reduction, as well as safe, efficient, reliable operation of the target, in-depth study reciprocating compressor capacity control method, construct reciprocating compressor stepless capacity control experimental platform. The main contents are as follows:(1) Study of different piston compressor adjustment methods, focus on partial stroke adjustment mode. The mathematical model of the working process of reciprocating compressor and the hydraulic simulation model of stepless capacity control system are esTablelished. On the basis of them, research on the motion of the suction valve and dynamic response of the system.(2) Design hydraulic system of stepless capacity control system, research on the hardware design scheme of control system as well as start and stop scheme of stepless capacity control system. Design and analysis of the system reliability is carried out.(3) Construct experiment platform of reciprocating compressor stepless capacity control. Carry out the performance experiment and functional experimental research. Combined with dynamic analysis, the theoretical simulation and experimental research on the reliability of the system are carried out.
