Electric load simulator is a semi-physical simulation equipment, which plays an important role in many fields of aerospace, guidance, research and experiments, it is one of the key steering performance test equipment. It to load loading servo system, to form a complete loading system. In recent years with the development of power electronics, computer technology, motor drives and motor manufacturing technology is mature, stable for the design of high-performance electric loading system provides a good technical support, while the classical control algorithms and modern intelligent control strategy mutual combine optimized for the extra power the electric load simulator system suppression provides a theoretical basis.This paper design the servo electric loading system is the core control device with TMS320F2812DSP, control system to control the function of load simulator of the loading motor, capable of real-time acquisition and storage load signal, torque signal and angle signal, complete control program set of algorithms, the output load curve on the steering gear of load simulation, can receive the front control computer commands and perform the appropriate action can be feedback to the foreground of computer experimental data. The whole control system including DSP controller and a loading motor, torque sensor, PWM drive, using an improved compensation control strategy and the iterative learning control algorithm combining the composite control strategy to restrain extra torque load simulator. This paper establishes a mathematical model of the whole system is accurate, the composite control strategy is simulated using Simulink analysis tool, the experimental results prove the feasibility of the method. Including the completion of the design of DSP power supply circuit, reset circuit, JTAG interface circuit, clock circuit and signal acquisition hardware circuit design, the paper finally gives a simple control system software implementation.
