Steel sheet pile of H+Hat combination is widely used in the deep foundation pitbracing,wharf engineering,dock engineering and project in recent years.Compared withthe traditional combination of steel pile,H+Hat Combined type steel sheet pile has theadvantages of simple structure,bending stiffness,stress form,reasonable utilization ofsteel has many advantages of higher.Steel sheet pile of H+Hat combination Use in ourcountry still belongs to the stage of experiment.The repeated use in the constructionprocess and later also has some shortcomings.Through the project example,using thetraditional pile+reinforced concrete support and H+Hat combined steel sheet pilesupporting two different schemes for comparison.Similar in supporting the maximumbending moment and displacement calculation of the traditional pile+reinforcedconcrete support,The repeated use of more than two times and can reflect the economicsuperiority.The combination of H+Hat type steel sheet pile in domestic use,areconnected by angle welding method.Recently,Some scholars put forward a new type ofconnection,Fillet welding high-strength bolts are used to replace the traditionalconnection.So we adopted the experimental method.Study on the high strength boltconnection H+Hat combination type steel plate pile mechanical properties, bendingdeformation and H type steel and hat cap type pile coupling.The test results show thatbolted H+Hat combined steel sheet piles at the midpoint deflection deformation meetthe requirements,Small micro strain between H steel and Hat type pile cap, thecoupling between each other better.
