With the rapid development of China’s defense modernization, vehicle power capsuleperformance research is very important in order to make the tanks, armoured vehicles hasbetter maneuverability and meet the requirement of future war. Research that parameters canobtain play a bigger role on the properties of gravity tank in thermal equilibrium state. Atpresent, the research on this aspect is the local and overall environmental simulationexperimental is more, but for the actual vehicle has less actual working state under differentconditions. Therefore, according to the gravity tank for heat balance parameters of the actualwork condition of demand, we make access to technology of heat balance parameters ofresearch and do system design.In accordance with the need of power in actual working environment, the hightemperature, strong electromagnetic interference, such as these factors into consideration, forthat heat balance parameters of system is reliable and effective becomes the key to test cabinthermal equilibrium condition. In this paper to get on the basis of heat balance parameters,we has completed for the research of heat balance parameters of power capsule for project andconstruction of the test system hardware circuit. We do the relevant research abouttemperature measurement circuit of temperature drift and electromagnetic interferencesuppression in wide temperature and strong electromagnetic interference environment.Platinum resistance hardware compensation method is adopted to design a temperaturecompensation circuit. By using the method of driving voltage feedback resistance producedwe designed circuit to restrain electromagnetic interference,and simulation experiment iscarried out. In pressure acquisition system.we make the corresponding improvement measuresmainly for the sampling method of the gas and noise interference suppression. Choosing Φ8pipe for way completed for gas sampling, we do the length of the pipeline studies into theimpact of air pressure test precision analysis. In the aspect of noise suppression, design thecut-off frequency of1KHZ first order butterworth low-pass filter, it has been played animportant role in improving the noise.The overall heat balance parameters acquisition systemhardware building has been finished, and we do some practise for functional.Test data show that after the calibration accuracy of the temperature acquisition system 4%FS, precision pressure sensor0.5%.For the overall acquisition system for the functionaltest, the whole system is in normal working condition, can be met the demand of overall test.At the same time, this article provides access to technology for heat balance parameters ofpower capsule under bad environment research.
