Traditional negative pressure isolation tank adopts two-speed controlling way.As the method is based on open-loop control,the cabin pressure will be a great fluctuation,if encountered bumps,collisions and other complex external conditions.Moreover,negative pressure isolation fan on the patient's head.In the process of transporting negative pressure tank,Fan noise seriously affect patient resting and treatment.Therefore,based on STM32 microprocessor,this paper research and develop a new type system of negative pressure isolation cabin.Work as follows:First,the structure and function of the Negative-Pressure Isolation Capsule are introduced.The brushless DC motor used in Negative-Pressure Isolation Capsule system is introduced simply.Make a clear description of the performance of the Negative-Pressure Isolation Capsule.Secondly,the design of the main circuit of the negative pressure isolation tank with STM32 as the control core is described in detail.The topology and the principle of the negative pressure cofferdam control system are analyzed in detail.Then,Make a clear description of control main circuit in negative pressure control system,power circuit module,Fault alarm module and power driver module and so on.The design process of the power driver module is mainly introduced.The Features of each pin are given from MC33035.Thirdly,set up a mathematical modeling of negative pressure isolation tank.The classical PID feedback control method is adopted to control the motor speed.The functions of the control system are programmed,which mainly include main control program,interrupt procedures,PID adjustment procedures,fault alarm procedures,etc.At the same time,the PC software is developed to achieve multiple Negative-Pressure Isolation Capsule centralized control by Labview.Finally,the modules were tested one by one to ensure that the circuit can work properly.Next,the entire negative pressure isolation system is tested.By analyzing the test results,the performance of negative pressure isolation chamber is evaluated.
