Data collection system of smart distribution electric power network is the basis of energy information and communication platform to achieve the precision of regulation, and real-time collection of information is its key. Data acquisition is the basis for smart distribution electric powercommunication network in real-time control, and it demand higherreal-time and reliability. So, It is significant toprovide an efficientrouting mechanism for data collection system of smart distribution electric power network.Smart distribution electric power network has some peculiar characteristics, such as the larger network scale, higher demand for timeliness, lower mobility and relatively fixed network topology.So, the data collected by every smart meters is delivered to the gateways by multi-hop along a tree. The tree is a minimum spanning treecomposed by smart metersto the gateway node as the root node.The meters closer to gateways will maybe transmit more data, thus these meters easily lead to long queue length and congestion,even affect the throughput and reliability of the entire network. Different from traditional telecommunications, Smart distribution electric power network with more node, wider coverag, lager total amount of information and lesscapacity of single node, so it has less sedden congestion. Thereforesome nodes may suffer from more congestion than others due to excessive concentrationof data traffic,even become the "bottleneck" of network become the new source of risk.Traditional data collection scheduling routing algorithms are often unable combine historical data to resolve network bottlenecks and avoid such riskwell.To solve the above problem, this paper proposes a routing mechanism to realize data balance. Firstly, this mechanism abstracts the multi-gate network model and mathematical modelof the smart data acquisition system. Secondly, it proposes a routing measurement model based DSDV routing protocol to balance data traffic named data balance measurement model (DBMM). Then, it proposes a new data acquisition routing algorithm based on DBMM, thatnamed RA-DBMM.The DBMM handles the data traffic to achieve data balance by modifying the routing decision measurement function by introducing the available capacity.So the queue length of queuing data and buffer capacity of every nodes are taken into consideration.Subsequently, the RA-DBMM and DSDV routing protocol are combined by modifying trigger conditions of the routing update. It proposesaimproved DSDV routing protocol. Finally, simulation results illustrates that the proposed RA-DBMM has biggish enhancement in minishing the congestion, reducing loss ratio, overcoming bottleneck and increasing throughput of network.
