Research On The North Wall Design Of Residential Housing Industry

Our country is in a stage of rapid development of city construction, city of residence persistence and the scale of construction requirements grow with each passing day; at the same time, because of the rapid development of society and economy, improvement of people’s living standard and the change of consumption concept, as well as the great changes in the family structure, the housing quality and functional requirements are also getting higher and higher, so the whole the social demand for housing will be more and more. At the same time, housing construction related industries of the countries all over the world is a huge scale in the whole industry, the construction industry in a variety of factors seriously affect the consumption of natural resources and energy, and the large number of plays in the ratio, for example, construction land, residential energy consumption, steel, wood, cement etc. consumption etc.. Therefore, the relative shortage of energy resources and consumption big background, how to solve the improvement of people living level and reduce the balance between energy consumption is a major challenge for the city construction.This thesis consists of five chapters:the first chapter is the introduction, introduces the purpose and significance of the research background, summarizes the residential industrialization, industrialization and the wall design related data from two aspects of the situation and development, and finally briefly introduces this thesis research content, framework and research method etc.. The second chapter is an overview of the relevant theory, the main content of this thesis in the first, the "North", the housing industry, wall design concepts are described, followed by the introduction of the theory of housing industrialization in the module, module and structure system. The third chapter mainly studies several aspects of the design points for both wall and structure are:1, the industrialization of China’s residential structure system; technical points2, split3, suitable for exterior wall in northern area of industrial technology. In order to more clearly in the background of contemporary residential industrialization, how the development of housing industrialization, how to design the housing industry, how to design as the design points of prominent wall so as to improve the degree of industrialization production of housing industrialization. The fourth chapter mainly through the research for the wall, the specific technical points include:insulation technology research, wall body is all kinds of problems related to plane and elevation design and lies in the northern region, combined with the climate and human in northern area, put forward for the possibility of the northern region of the facade, facade design and research about the resolution of problems. From the design point of view, the real hope of wall can be effective to the development of China’s housing industry development. The fifth chapter is mainly about the industrialization of residential wall decoration design and integration, how to consider the technical points of integration in the wall decoration design and construction phase, can really reach the efficient time and environmental goals. The six chapter is the conclusion, summarizes the research content and framework of this paper, and put forward the prospects and problems.
