In recent years,the building structure develops rapidly,and the structural types are also complicated.While the national industrial restructuring,the building housing industry has grown with it,and gradually become the focal point within the industry as well as architectural research institutes.However,our current research on the structure of housing industry is still relatively small,so it is very important to the study on the structural type of the housing industrialization and the connection of the fabricated wall panels and to further develop the theory of structural design.This paper mainly focuses on the method to connect prefabricated panels and concrete beams as well as the mechanical behavior and deformability.The article first adopts three types of connectors,use ABAQUS to set up modles,change the thickness of plate and the diameter of bolt,and simulate the whole load process of frame structure and prefabricated wall structures,and then separate the connector member and anchor bars from the model,analyze the local mechanical performance ? deformability and the utilization of steel,preliminary determine two types of connectors besides the thickness of plate and the diameter of bolt,and provide strong theoretical basis for the experiments with the results of the simulation.Then we select two feasible connectors to simplify the model and converse equivalently,make solid model of connections and associated components,doexperiment,study intuitively on failure modes of connected member under loads,and work out ultimate bearing capacity of two connector respective.We found once the two types of connections loaded with a certain level,it is steel bolts that are destroyed before steel plates: the bolt of anchoring "T" type connector has shear failure,nut and screw of anchorage "L" shaped connector had a limit slip.And "T" type connector ultimate bearing capacity is far greater than the "L" shaped connector.We got some indexes such as load-displacement curve and the strain of plate,compare the test results to the model results,and the two results fitted well.After the test,we.use ABAQUS to analyze the influences factors of the performance of connectors.We draw changing conclusions in the performance of connectors.We also analyze the dynamic performance of the modles,and we got the hysteresis curve.Finally,we compare the performance in force?deformation capacity and the cost of connectors,and we summed up that compared with the other two types of connectors in the same situation,"T" connector is the best way of connecting among three ways of connecting,and it is good at energy dissipation capacity and seismic performance.Through this paper,we can provide a good reference for the assembled connection design of prefabricated wall panels in the industrialization of residential structure.
