The study of CVT economy and power of the vehicle depends largely on theCVT load control test bed load control effect of the pros and cons. The article firstload control method was designed by theoretical analysis and load control programsto determine the test-bed; secondly, the use of Matlab/Simulink and were part of theoverall modeling and simulation test bench CVT proved feasible entire CVT test rigloaded, while illustrate the design load control method selected is appropriate; andfinally, to build a CVT test rig and the LabVIEW software development. Details areas follows:1) Select the DC motor as the CVT test rig load control devices, control theory,the use of load calculation and analysis load variables used to achieve load of the DCmotor; based on the principle of running the test load control form structure CVT testrig were design; the establishment of a resistance model cars; after deduced as afunction of speed, armature voltage and torque between the three conditions of theNEDC test rig were calculated load torque and the motor torque demand NEDC loadtorque compared; the DC motor can not meet the demand in the extreme conditions ofthe vehicle, and therefore increases the speed is designed and developed to ensure thatthe test station to meet the automotive requirements in most driving conditions;2) Load control program established CVT test rig, and after each horizontalcomparison PID control method to determine the different parts of the test rig selectedcontrol strategy;3) The use of Matlab Simulink software to establish a test bed CVT engine loadcontrol system model, driveline model and DC generator model, in order to achievecontrol of the vehicle and the test stand to improve the control accuracy, we haveadded cars with resistance model and the ideal ratio CVT model, which can besub-model for the vehicle described above combined load control test bench CVTSimulink models; and finally, given some cars driving conditions, load control on the CVT test rig simulation, to observe whether the effect of the ideal load control methodin order to verify the correctness of the load;4) Set up a load control test rig CVT, CVT load control test rig is mainlycomposed of the following four parts: first, powertrain and driveline (two partsincluding the engine, torque converter, CVT the intermediate gear box, differentialand axle, etc.), and the second, by a DC motor acts as a loading system, and the third,by the IPC and continental590C DC Digital governor and other components of thecontrol system, the fourth, including speed sensor, engine throttle position sensor,measuring torque DC motor and a continuously variable transmission torque meterJCZ master, slave cylinder pressure sensor, including a group of sensors; Finally, onthis basis, the LabVIEW software design and development.
