Research On Spatial Distribution Of Creative Industry Park In Hangzhou

Creative industry has become a new factor in global economic development, which plays an important role in the urban economic transition. The agglomeration structure and impact mechanism of creative industry has been the research focus of economic geography and urban planning in recent years. In China, creative industry park is the main form of creative industry. This paper focuses on the creative industry park as the research object to analyze the spatial distribution of creative industry in Hangzhou.In recent years, Hangzhou City Government proposed to build Hangzhou’s "3+1" modern industrial system and issued the "the development planning of cultural and creative industry in Hangzhou (2009-2015)" and other policy planning, which raised the construction of creative industry park. Based on this background, this paper researches on the spatial distribution characteristics and the influence mechanisms of creative industry in Hangzhou.On the basis of combing the domestic and international creative industry economics and location theory, this paper summarizes the theories and views in the spatial location selection of creative industry. Combined with theory carding, this paper systematically analyzes the development, formation and formation mechanism of creative industry park in Hangzhou. We found that in the actual process, the development of Hangzhou creative industry park has expanded the early theoretical development path.Under this premise, based on the data of creative industry park in Hangzhou, this paper focuses on the analysis of the overall characteristics and the differences between different types of Hangzhou creative industry park with the help of GIS method. Hangzhou creative industry park generally showed three characteristics in spatial distribution:longitudinal strip along the canal, closer circle distribution with the city center and discrete distribution based on the point agglomeration. Also, there are significant spatial differences in the industrial property, spatial carrier and overall scale three aspects.On the basis of analysis, this paper tries to explain the affecting factors and the inherent mechanism of creative industry park spatial distribution from the leading mechanism, basic foundation and stimulating factors. This paper summarizes that the path dependence of industrial remains, spatial orientation of policy, space repair of depression rent are the dominant mechanism of creative industry park spatial distribution. Traffic conditions and infrastructure are the foundation supporting and necessary condition of park location selection, but not unique features. Intelligence sources, the natural environment and historical features are the special preference for the location choice, but not a necessary condition.This paper discusses the development question of the creative industry park, also proposes the brief suggestions and the adjustment direction of creative industry space policy in Hangzhou city from the spatial distribution angle. Finally, this paper puts forward the further research direction and prospect, in order to provide the guidance for building a creative city and promoting the spatial distribution of creative industry park of Hangzhou and other cities.
