Logistics industry is one of the industries with the most development potential in the 21 st century.Nowadays,with the rapid development of society and the rapid rise of e-commerce enterprises,logistics industry plays an important role in China’s economic development and is an important pillar to support China’s economic development.The location selection of distribution center has also become a key link.Machinery industry is the foundation of the equipment manufacturing industry,from the point of current industry situation analysis,mechanical enterprises signed the order and the number of many,predict the number of orders in a few years will also is a growing trend,how to gain a competitive advantage in the fierce market competition,is our country machinery enterprises to deal with a problem.This paper points out that the establishment of distribution center can help enterprises obtain competitive advantages,or reduce transportation costs,improve customer experience is an important measure.The first major problem in establishing distribution centers is the selection of distribution center location,which determines whether to help enterprises successfully build distribution centers and improve the competitive advantage of machinery manufacturers.This paper analyzes the site selection of product distribution center of S Heavy Construction Machinery Manufacturing Co.,LTD.Firstly,it introduces the basic concept and site selection principle of distribution center,and then expounds the location selection method of distribution center in detail,including Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,integer programming method,etc.Second,according to the actual situation of S heavy engineering machinery enterprises,analyzes the S heavy engineering machinery manufacturing co.,LTD.Products in the process of distribution centers,such as establishing the number of distribution centers and customer did not comply with the number of orders,the distribution center the number of orders too much,the production operation management work efficiency is low,etc.,And pointed out the necessity of S company distribution center relocation.Finally,in order to solve the above problems,based on the construction of S company’s distribution center location evaluation index system,the alternative addresses of the distribution center are preliminically selected,the analytic hierarchy process is adopted to determine the weight of the evaluation index,and the Delphi method is used to solve the distribution center location scheme.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of S heavy construction Machinery Manufacturing Co.,LTD.Distribution center site selection plan.This paper starts from a case study,analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the development process of the whole industry;Firstly,the problems faced by specific machinery manufacturers in the process of establishing distribution centers are analyzed,and then the problems faced by the whole machinery industry in the process of establishing distribution centers are refracted,providing reference strategies for the establishment of distribution centers and the location of distribution centers in China’s machinery industry.For the machinery manufacturers in China are constantly strengthening the service system,logistics and distribution problems also have a feasible reference.
