This paper is writed under the guidence of architecture holistic design and Industry4.0, proposed the architecture holistic design based on information technology.Analysised the revolution that BIM brings to architecture design method.Through analysised the investigation of the problems use BIM in the architecture design and studied of architecture design methodology.We think that the "Cell Configure" design method compliance information technology and industrialization of architecture. Make discussion of "Cell Configure" design method from the Cell Order, Affecting Cell, Configuration, Configuring Standard.Combined with BIM, proposed that "BIM+CC" design method.
