The safe operation of high-voltage cables and equipment plays a vital role in the safe production of electric power industry,which has been highly valued by the government and relevant enterprises.At present,most electric power enterprises still use manual inspection for the monitoring of high-voltage cables and equipment,which has the problems of low efficiency and heavy workload.Besides,the staff can't carry out real-time monitoring and early warning for the electric equipment,and the storage and analysis of monitoring data are also insufficient.In response to the above problems,this system has designed a high-voltage cable and equipment fault monitoring and early warning system based on the Internet of Things technology,monitoring and early warning technology,and big data technology.The system has the functions of monitoring and early warning,data storage,data preprocessing,and data docking.This article first introduces the research on the high-voltage cable and equipment monitoring and early warning system at home and abroad,comprehensively analyzes the problems in the system,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the system's functional requirements,establishing the overall structure and system of the high-voltage cable and equipment monitoring and early warning system.It is divided into four layers:comprehensive perception layer,network communication layer,data service layer and user application layer.The comprehensive sensing layer is responsible for data collection of high-voltage cables and equipment;the network communication layer builds a transmission network based on LoRa and NB-IoT transmission methods;the data service layer is the core of the system,and uses network data acquisition API technology,database technology,and data noise reduction.The technology and early warning algorithm model provide the system with data docking,data storage,data preprocessing,monitoring and early warning functions.The user application layer provides a human-computer interaction system,which visualizes data in the form of maps and charts to build a bridge between users and the system.Finally,this paper tests the fault monitoring and early warning system for high-voltage cables and equipment,and analyzes the test results.The high-voltage cable and equipment fault monitoring and early warning system designed in this paper can meet the design requirements of the power industry.It has the characteristics of high stability,low error reporting rate and strong anti-interference ability,which significantly reduces the accident rate in the power industry and provides a guarantee for the safe production of the power industry.Figure[35]Table[11]Reference[83]...
