In recent years, low energy critical infrastructure monitoring network gradually become one of the hottest research. The IEEE802.15.4K standard was put forward by IEEE working group for the requirements of LECIM application are widely used in oil and gas pipeline monitoring, water vapor leak detection, intelligent transportation and other industries because of advantages of low power, low rate, wide area and so on.This paper builds the LECIM network application to monitor the parking space in parking lot. Place the LECIM network nodes which include the module of geomagnetic sensor, module of main controller and module of wireless RF with ultra-high performance in the center of the parking space whose work principle as follows:the geomagnetic sensors collect the magnetic field information surrounding the parking space and then send them to the main controller circuit as the set cycle; The information is encoded, spread spectrum and modulated by the main controller circuit and transmit by the module of wireless RF; The base station which based on software radio demodulates, decodes the data and then reports it to the data center. Thus forms a LECIM network for the monitoring of parking space with low power and wide area. In the paper, the wireless sensor nodes only work as the transmitting equipment and the base station as the receiving equipment and it is unable to send the data to the wireless network terminal nodes because of the cost. That is the configuration of the parameters of the geomagnetic sensors, IEEE802.15.4k PHY and the module of wireless RF can only through the main controller of the terminal nodes.So we design a PC software for the LECIM network with low power and wide area in the paper. It can configure the need parameters for the LECIM network in advance and store them in the Message Pool. The main controllers of wireless network nodes send the configuration query command to the PC software periodically. When the PC software receives the configuration query command from a network node, it looks up the parameters which configures for the network node from the Message Pool and then send them to the network node. The PC software empties the parameters configure for the network node in the Message Pool when it receives the ACK command from the network node in case of the parameters are sent to the network node repeated. At the same time, the PC software can monitor all of the network nodes in the Message Pool.This paper uses Qt Creator as the development tool of the PC software makes it has excellent features of cross-platform (Windows and Linux system) and the dynamic display of the interface. Simultaneously, the data transmission between PC software and the nodes of the main controller of wireless network has two ways:the HC-11wireless serial port and CC1125ultra high performance wireless RF module, so that the optionality of system operation increased.
