Synthesized automation in power system is the general direction of powerenterprises that are based on information in the future. Accompany with the forwarddevelopment of power system automation technique level at home and abroad,aftertime’s power enterprises will present one digital and information-based businesswhich can real-time control equipments and integrate management.Under the sistuationthat is supported by the national policies, power enterprises will gradually developtowards the direction of the intelligent electric network. Techniques in digitalsubstations that based on the IEC61850standards is the only route that steps forwardintellectualized power network, which leads to a necessity to study techniques in digitalsubstations.Today, the techniques of IED configuring and debugging tools that based onIEC61850standardes has been walking up to mature stage in digital substations controlsystem.But it’s sprouting that the research, design and developing of IED dataconfiguring and mapping tools followed IEC61850standardes and faced the backstageof digital substations control system. Now there are several IED data configuring andmapping tools in power market, but their efficiencies and performances can`t satistycustomers’ requirements, and they also can’t support relational database, and most ofthem can’t run on cross-platform operating system such as Windows, Linux and Unix.In order to research, design and implement a high performance and across-platformoperating system data configuring and mapping tool called IEC61850MAPⅡ that issupported by the IEC61850standards and is based on digital substations monitoring andmanaging system on the backstage (also being named as the "control end" or "stationcontrol layer"), I mainly have done the following several jobs during the process of thethesis being written:(1) researched and screened reference documentation such as IEC61850standards,IEC61970standard, software engineering national standards and CQNEC’internaldigital substations technology document, and also studied the current situation about todevelop a data configuring and mapping tool at control side of digital substations and to be used in projects at home and abroad.(2) tested and verified the feasibility and compatible degree about the softwareproducts developing life cycle of IEEE1074model and the designing and implementingprocess of IEC61850MAP II, and tested and verified the feasibility, practicability andapplying value of subjects.(3) confirmed the managing methods, modeling technology, and programmingideas and programming specifications used in the implementing process ofIEC61850MAPⅡ; tested and verified the feasibility of Qt and JFC hybrid programmingtechnology, tested and verified the difficulty coefficient of C++and Java hybridprogramming; built the developing and testing environment of IEC61850MAPⅡ, testedand verified the correctness and feasibility of the environment; confirmed the testingmethod and content.(4) designed and developed the demo version of IEC61850MAPⅡ(drawed framediagram, flow diagram, modeled by UML and writed the demo version codes);formulated thesis catalog; arranged the general structure of chapters; writed detailcontent of the thesis.The methodology of software engineering theory, C++/Java hybrid programmingtechnology, MPI parallel programming technology and application techniques ofrelational database were used to design IEC61850MAPⅡ in the thesis. The tool mainlyimplemented the functions such as to import (or to open) digital substationsconfiguration information file(short named as SCL) or to call IED configurationinformation online, to classify and configure the datasets of remote measure/remotesignal/remote pulse/SOE/record wave and fixed value groups, to save the mappedresults (the forms of INI point-table and two dimensional table of relational database)and to configure running environment of itself too. IEC61850MAP Ⅱ solved theproblem that there’ s no one across-platform operating system and rapid dataconfiguring and mapping tool that is based relational database on at control side ofdigital substations.The tool achieved the goal to standardize P7000G and to makeP7000G access IED devices supported by the IEC61850standards. IEC61850MAPⅡalso tallyed with the requirements of Vietnam Saishan4A project.
