In order to solve the problem of weakness of distribution network in one area andcomprehensively improve the one Electric Power Bureau10kV overhead distributionline live working rate and city power supply reliability-rate (RS1).Improving the gridstructure of distribution network in one area a further step and optimizing the networkconnection-mode.To improve the distribution network line contact ratio of "N-1" andto enhance the load transfer ability and mutual supply ability.In this paper, based on the platform of PSASP graph model, focuses on theresearch of the distribution network power flow calculation, the important line voltageregulation calculation, analysis data computer Newton Raphson method for thesolution of city distribution network in one power supply company based on network.And analysis of operation process of assessment indicators, and then, thecorresponding score-functions of them are constructed, according to their owncharacteristics and the State Grid reliability criterion, to make all them reasonable inreflecting the actual situation of distribution network. the node voltage and reactivepower loss in distribution network. And the fault current to determine the size offactory electric wiring scheme through the study of power flow calculation of thepower system to improve the reliability of the power supply for the target.To improvethe power supply capability of distribution network greatly. Collect and check thedistribution network of basic data, derived the evaluation index data, calculate of eachassessment index scores, weighted calculation, operation level of power supply abilityscore, the evaluation results analysis, proposed management measures, the formationof assessment report.
