The continuing growth of vehicle ownership makes more and more people comeinto contact with the car, know about the car. The automobile industry requires moreand more specialists. While there is not many changes in general for the structure ofthe car, the application of advanced technology makes the car more functional andcomplex. The specialists adapted to these new technology is always to the focus foreither enterprises or university education. In this paper, Aiming to develop a series ofcar Charade car repair technology self-learning system, this system involves basictechnologies related to vehicles and advanced technology of Charade N7, Charade N5,Xiali N3, Wei Chi V5, Wei Zhi V2, D60.It summarizes and analyses the current and traditional training form. Then itdevelops a self-study system of auto maintenance technology aiming at theshortcomings of the traditional training forms and also comes up with new ideas aboutthe form of the exhibition of knowledge. It combines2D and3D, and is notobsessed with the form of traditional block diagram and texture. Finally it synthesisdubbing and interpretation to express the knowledge with vivid forms. After analyzingthe system’s self-knowledge, knowledge of the whole system is divided into ABS,chassis, electrical control systems, air conditioning systems, electrical appliances parts.By analyzing the system can achieve the function main include:(1) basic knowledgetraining;(2) function of self-examination training effect;(3)function of displayinganimation, voice, text combined.It also explores the methods and ideas of modeling the3D models and choosesthe fitted method of modeling. Considering the article related to the model type andsize, choose3ds Max article as modeling software. After comparing and analysisamong the rendering plug-in units, we choose the best effected Vary Plug-in Unit.In terms of the making animation principle,formulate animation process, precautions, Inthe production process proposed regulatory requirements and improve the overallefficiency and the process of the project.As for the design of the system structure, according to the practice situation andthe general process of training, it must be optimized. And for UI designs, it shouldhave simple operation interface with primary parts of the system on its home screenand buttons to operate as interaction. Then have a detailed introduction of the UIdesign and programming of the key function. Finally in the view of the feature of thetraining system, we put some self testing module to complete the system.
