With the continuous development of civil aviation, the number of people in the work of civil aviation maintenance is increasing. More and more airline and university train them by aircraft maintenance training devices. But these devices are not comprehensive and have not multiple modes. The research in simulating flight control system is mostly focus on the form of functional structure and principle of flight control, and less has been done in facing the civil aviation maintenance. A flight control simulation system is introduced in this paper,which can support multiple training modes and face to civil aviation maintenance. The main work is as follows:Firstly, a conception that basing on rudder control principle to realize simulation of flight control model is put forward by analyzing the targets of building model. And then the maintenance simulation node graphic method(SNM) is defined which based on concept map.This method is applied to get the elevator control principle diagram. Based on that diagram the simulation model of the flight control system is constructed.Secondly, this research discusses the existing several kinds of Petri nets. The variable shading Petri net(VCPN) is defined based on colored Petri net. The VCPN model is applied on the description of flight control maintenance task process. Flight control maintenance process diagram is given to set up maintenance process model of flight control simulation.And the elements of the model are described in detail.Finally, the two models which introduced in this paper are applied on existing maintaining trainer. And the troubleshooting task of ELAC1 is executed to verify the correctness of the models.
