Civil in soil mechanics teaching in general colleges and universities to spend alot of the undisturbed soil samples of geotechnical experiment was carried out. Thisrequires that each teaching period to prepare a considerable amount of undisturbedsoil samples used for students to test. In recent years, the city can provide this kind ofundisturbed soil sample site less and less, And experiment with clear time limit, whichcreates a student’s geotechnical experiment course of soil samples, and even some ofthe students’ operational test forced to demo test, serious influence the students’ abilitytraining.As confirmatory experiments, if used in actual engineering, the purpose ofexperiments is must use the undisturbed soil sample for related parameters, and as oneof the means of cultivating the ability of talents, we consider using modified disturbedsoil instead of undisturbed soil samples of ability training and training, theinformation provided in the basic experiment teaching conditions, as far as possible inthe soil mechanics properties of reconstituted clays and undisturbed soil is more closeto the undisturbed soil strength (simulation), in order to realize and undisturbed soilexperiment with similar experimental results. In addition, also make the disturbed soilsample has good mechanical reproducibility, after repeated use, its disturbed soilsample simulation of undisturbed soil strength stability, no attenuation characteristics.So that we can obtain undisturbed soil difficult situations, explore the soil triaxialexperiments of soil samples with alternative feasible way to talented person abilitytraining.Based on the triaxial test of undisturbed silty clay and the strength of remoldedsoil strength analysis, add in the disturbed soil reversible method of strengthincreasing agent to achieve the consistency of the remolded soil and undisturbed soilmechanics strength instead of undisturbed soil samples in triaxial shear strength testof soil. Through research, adding2%gelatin and7%calcium chloride in soil, in keeping with the original state soil under the condition of same water content anddensity, are highly similar to the mechanical indexes, and the repeatability of repeateduse.
