With the implementation of Nationwide Health Project Plan of China, our countryhas definitely put forward accelerating hygienic information construction to form a basicmedical and health service system beneficial to all residents. One of the contents is toadjust input pattern and set up a national unified health information cloud platformcovering all villages, towns and communities. Therefore, new requirements have beenproposed for personalization, intellectualization and networking of personal, family andcommunity medical equipment.Urine is a kind of examine specimen which is easy to obtain. Thus urinalysis hasbeen widely applied in auxiliary diagnosis of clinical diseases. The paper proposed aurine analyzer test system solution based on cloud medical which can realize automaticdetection of11parameters for urine sample of patients such as glucose, protein,urobilinogen, Rbc on the basis of current existing various urine analysis instrument in themarket.The photoelectric detection part of the instrument is based on the design of colorsensor TCS3200D. Since the concentration of a certain substance in urine specimenpresents proportional relation with the reflectivity of specific wavelength of the lightselected, as long as the reflected light intensity of a certain substance of urine specimenis measured, corresponding reflectivity can be calculated according to light reflectivityformula. And while combined with corresponding fitting curve, the measurement resultsof the urine substance can be obtained after instrument calibration.The hardware system of the design takes8-digit single-chip C8051F320ascybernetics core manufactured by Silicon Laboratories with high performance andflexible interface. It mainly includes the illuminant, signal detection, mechanicaltransmission, peripherals, core control and serial communication and other modules.After completing hardware circuit of urine analyzer, and combining with functions required and system control and detection, the paper proposed overall structure of urineanalyzer’s upper computer software. The software is prepared base on MFC dialog boxstructure and developed through VC++6.0platform. The user can control the operationof the whole urine analysis instrument through operation of upper computer software torealize automatic analysis testing, storage, query, and printing and other functions ofinspection results. The software can also upload the stored sample data to correspondingCloud server through relevant interface which can help disease control and preventiondepartment on local epidemiological statistics. The system can meet relevantrequirements through measurement experiment of urine specimen. The system can meetrelevant requirements with correct test results, clear and friendly software interface andsimple, convenient operation.After completion of the whole detecting system, the paper conducted interpolationoperation for experimental data of the instrument and performed calibration andtemperature compensation according to corresponding algorithm. Ultimately, thedetection error of the urine analysis instrument is within the controllable range and thetest accuracy can satisfy the standards and requirements of basic medical services.
