As China’s infrastructure boom, rotary drilling rig with excellent performancein a variety of large-scale cast-in-place pile construction, has been used more andmore widely. At the same time, the high oil consumption, poor emission problemsaroused people’s attention,energy-saving emission reduction of rotary drilling rig isbecoming an urgent problem.Hybrid technology is favored by people because of itsgood performance in the field of energy conservation and emission reduction,become one of the main technical means of vehicle and engineering machinery,energy saving and emission reduction.Therefore, there is very important significanceto development of hybrid power rotary drilling rig.The thesis takes Beijing CSR times electric locomotive vehicle Machinery Co.Ltd in cooperation with our school project of rotary drilling rig hybrid new technologydevelopmentas the basis, structure and parameter with a certain type of rotarydrilling rig in the original,to the core-power system control strategy for research anddevelopment of technology of hybrid technology, mainly to do the following:Firstly, on the structure of series and parallel hybrid power rotary drilling righas been designed, analyzed the characteristics of two kinds of structure forms, andthe structure of two types of rotary drilling rig modeling and Simulation on theAMESIM platform, and the simulation results were analyzed,through the analysis,obtained the series system ratio of dynamic system of parallel system more stable,and the parallel system is more than the series system such conclusion, thus drillingrig as the research object and provides a basis for the selection of projects for parallelhybrid spin, and the parallel hybrid power rotary digging drilling machine for theparameter matching.Secondly, the original rotary drilling rig work flow analysis, divided into fivekinds of typical working conditions of rotary drilling rig. Through the experiments onfive typical working conditions of external load demand power size determination,and then dividing enginethree operation modes. Based on researching the controlstrategy has been the use of cars and all kinds of construction machinery on the broad, proposed a condition, enginethree operating modes of both the overalloptimization control strategy for engine, electricgenerator and capacitor threeefficient based on interval. And the control principle,control process, control ruleswere developed.Finally, in the AMESIM simulation platform, the hybrid spin overalloptimization control strategy for application of the drilling rig is simulated, thesimulation results show that: the hybrid rotary drilling rig relative to the original typelow fuel consumption18.35%,32.63%increase in torque output.That hybrid rotarydrilling rig relative to the original machine power and economy by improved.At thesame time, the effects on engine efficiencyinterval division on the energy savingeffect is studied, obtained high range more close to the better energy saving effectengine external characteristic curve and the high range is too wide or narrow are notconduciveto suchaconclusiontwo.In summary, the hybrid system show good power and economy in thesimulation results,show that the proposed global optimization control strategy is aneffective control strategy,the rationality of the structure design and parametermatching, this paper has a certain theoretical significance for the new hybridtechnology development.
