Rotary drilling rig is a kind machine for fast hole drilling in pile foundation construction, which was widely used in highways, railways, bridges, civil engineering fields. The power head system is the most important part of the rotary drilling rig, and the drilling efficiency has important effects on the rig’s performance. This paper studies composite circuit of the hydraulic system of the power head and pressure, and of constant power variable displacement pump control system and load sensing pump control system based on the drilling, high speed polishing soil conditions of the simulation results. The simulation results show that load sensing pump control system can well solve the problem of power loss and to effectively improve the working efficiency of drilling with a certain theoretical significance.Firstly CFR80 rotary drilling rig of the main hydraulic circuit of the power head loop and pressurized cylinder loop were calculated and selected the hydraulic control system components and analysis of the working principle, physical modeling and simulation performance analysis of the two way flow regulating valve, pressure limiting valve, power head motor, constant power pump, load sensing pump, load sensing proportional valves. I get the characteristic curve of each main element and by comparison with the product sample curve, verifying the correctness of the model.Secondly CFR80 rotary drilling rig with constant power pump control system simulation based on AMESim software and carries on the analysis and simulation of load sensitive pump were compared on the drilling speed, throwing soil model, drilling pressure system into conditions. In the compound action, pressurized cylinder has high pressure loss. For power head and pressure heating problems of composite cylinder in operation process, I put forward the improvement scheme and the principle diagram of the hydraulic system, then compared with the original system imitation by AMESim, proof the feasibility of the improvement scheme, and provides a theoretical basis for further research.Finally according to the non-precision of the rotating circuit, the rotation principle is optimized, which is based on CAN bus, was determined; the function of the control system was planned, based on which the hardware selection and software function design of the control system was conducted, then completed the design of the control system.
