Rotating drill is a kind of multifunctional and high efficient characteristics of engineeringconstruction machinery, is widely used in building come hole filling pile foundation constructionwork.However, during the working process of rotating drill, the gravitational potential energy ofDrill pipe and drill change into thermal energy instead of being well absorbed and stored, whichleads to heavy energy wasting. According to the above situation, this paper mainly studied theenergy recycling during the delegate process of main winch system of rotary drilling rig.In thispaper, the main research content includes:(1) Through the analysis of energy consumption in the process of winding system, we foundthat energy recycling has good research potential and huge research space.Recycling project aredesigned according to energy recycling method. The way to confirm components parameter aregiven.(2) In this paper,we establish the constant power variable pump and balancingvalves, winding motor, load, motor/generator and the mathematical model of ultracapacitors andAMESim model.This paper expounds the main usage and function model of unit.(3) AMESim model of hybrid system is built after proposing control strategy.The paper discusses the possibility of energy recycling though united simulation of AMESim andSimulink.The result indicates that energy-saving system of main winding works well and has goodenergy conservation effect.
