The vibration of machinery is the direct cause of noise and accuracy deterioration. With the continuous development of modern industry, more and more attention has been paid on the machining accuracy, load-bearing ability and labor conditions. For these reasons, the issue of dynamic balancing is of great significance. And it is needed to search for a promising approach to reduce or eliminate the vibrations caused by inertia in order to improve dynamic performance of machinery.In this paper, the balancing problem of mechanism was combined with system vibration, and the corresponding kinetic analysis model of active balancing reducer was established based on vibration response. The influence of the controllable input of the active balancing reducer on system vibration response was studied by simulation and experiment. The specific research includes:Firstly, the kinematics and dynamics analysis of active balancing reducer were studied based on the configuration and working principle of active balancing reducer. The influence of different weight coefficients on the optimization results of the system dynamic performance was analyzed.In order to solve above problems, taking the vibration response of frame system as the object, and the dynamic model of active balancing reducer system was established based on the vibration response, and the relationship between vibration response and excitation force (excitation torque) was deduced. Based on the structure parameters of the prototype, the effect of the speed trajectories of control motor of the active balancing reducer on system vibration response was studied. The design steps and numerical examples were given in details.Finally, the vibration experiment system of active balancing reducer was established according to the simulation results. The experiment schemes were put forward, and the experimental study was carried out. The vibration responses of the system were obtained through the processing and analysis of the collected data. The results verified the effectiveness of the proposed theory and the flexible adjustment function of active balancing reducer on the dynamic performance of the mechanism.To sum up, the vibration response of active balancing reducer was studied from the view of theory computer simulation and experiment and its flexible balancing function was verified. That is the vibration response of a mechanical system with certain structural parameters can be adjusted by optimizing of the trajectory of servo motor, and thus improving the vibration condition of the system. The research results in this thesis provide further theoretical and practical support for the industrial application of active balancing reducer.
