Therefore, how to choose and adapt to the emu of the environment, how to optimize operation, maintenance and strategies, ensure the safety of railway transportation production has very important significance.At present, put into operation of CRH mostly in the plain areas, climate and topography has little effect on CRH, but complex natural environment in northwest China, seriously affect operation and maintenance of CRH. Therefore, the beginnings of design and manufacture, operation and maintenance efficiency, safety transport benefit, is the current urgent need of research topics of CRH.Thesis through study CRH maintenance experience success in domestic and foreign, combined with operation and maintenance about the domestic various types of CRH. In the EMU maintenance theory as the instruction, from the aspects of CRH design and manufacture, adaptability measures and design criteria requirements, suggestions were put forward. In combination with the early use of fault analysis, starting from the characteristics and function of CRH system parts and components, advances some suggestions; Maintenance carried out according to the first and second level, improve the maintenance efficiency, reduce the maintenance cost and compression on stopping maintenance, maintenance needs advice and maintenance strategy is proposed. Formed design of the Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway for CRH, operation and maintenance of the preliminary proposal, provide a reference for manufacturers design and manufacture or optimization improved CRH.
