City,the carrier of human’s life and disaster,is the intuitive reflect of social progress and the most fragile environment while facing the disaster.Issues on keeping city’s safety have been the hot-spot and the key point to resechers and government.Urben green space as one of the significant area of city planing as well as the development,are the shelters,living areas,reserve space.So,it is of great significance studying urban disaster refuge green pace on ensuring the safety of the city,keeping urban area well developed.The construction of urban green space system is one of the key aspects of the overall urban construction, and it is an important carrier of city disaster prevention green space construction.At the same time, it can not only improve the ecological environment of the city, water purification, enhance the quality of living environment,when dangers coming, the city green land system is an important place to provide short-term, long-term disaster refuge,disaster prevention,and emergency evacuation.After a number of disaster baptism, people have already realized that the city green space system plays an important role in disaster prevention, and initiated the establishment of disaster prevention system based on urban green space system.With the rapid development of the city, the damage and losses of disaster brought to the city and and people’s life are often huge and sudden.Therefore, the establishment and perfection of the city disaster refuge green space system has become the inevitable demand of urban construction.This paper takes Beijing as the background.Based on fully research about related theory, discussing the function of urban disaster refuge green space.Through out the investigation of the disaster refuge green space in Beijing,analyzing the existing problems, finding out the causes of the problem, forming the thought of the planning and construction of disaster refuge green space in Beijing.The results of research and analysis is applied to the reconstruction of JingChengLiYuan disaster refuge green space and form the drawings.
