Therefore the most important task is to do a good job in a preventive work.City of green parks because of the large open space, density of the internal construction, and facilities are relatively well.It can play in times of crisis emergency shelters role is an important land resources in the urban disaster prevention system.The article draws lessons from domestic and outside research of the city green parks emergency function,The green parks in Dongcheng District and Xicheng District Beijing as the research object,Through extensive investigation and research data analysis,The Central District of Beijing city green parks emergency functions of analysis and evaluation,For the emergency and disaster-prevention parks provide theoretical and technical support,The results are as follows:(1) The central district of Beijing city green parks layout analysis. In2011,Beijing Dongcheng District and Xicheng District, a total area of92.54k m2, the resident population of a total of2241700.In accordance with the overall Park three different buffer radius (1.5km,1km,0.5km). Through the analysis, Beijing Dongcheng District and Xicheng District green parks buffer coverage for a total of70.25k m2, accounting for about75.91%in the urban area, service area is16.39k m2.
