Reliability of the hydraulic system of the civil aircrafts is investigated in the thesis. The analysis methodology of the design and function reliability of the aircraft hydraulic system are explored, and the semi-physical simulation test rig is developed to validate in the investigation. These works are expected to provide some useful references for developing the civil aircraft.The main contents include are given as follows:Chapter 1:The development of aircraft hydraulic system is introduced. The functional components of commercial aircraft hydraulic is explained, and the typical aircraft hydraulic systems are analyzed. The goal of the research is brought forward, and the content is determined.Chapter 2:The analysis of aircraft hydraulic system is realized. Requirements of the architecture and constitution of the aircraft hydraulic system is ensured. The analysis method and criterion of the civil aircraft hydraulic system are analyzed. And the fault tree is used to guarantee the parameters of reliability and PI. Finally, the method is also used to compare the reliability of the hydraulic system in aircrafts.Chapter 3:The functional reliability test is simulated. The different flow demand at different flight profile, the flow of the aircraft hydraulic system is simulated. To meet the demand when the plane is in different flight states, the logical control is developed. To acquire the parameters of failure rate, a new method is used based on the Weibull distribution.Chapter 4:The semi-physical simulation test rig is designed to verify the reliability methods of aircraft system. The schematic diagram is given, and the electrical structure as well as the software to the testbed is also build. The function of the aircraft hydraulic system, which is used to guarantee the function reliability of the system, is realized to meet the logical control.Chapter 5:The main results and conclusion are summarized. Through the thesis, method of analysis on the aircraft hydraulic system is given, and the prospect for the future are pointed out.
