As the complexity of civil aircraft systems improves and their requirements for safety and reliability become more stringent,the industry is looking for new systems engineering approaches to managing the system design process.At present,modern systems engineering is gradually shifting to Model Based Systems Engineering(MBSE).To establish a digital model that meeting the requirements of fidelity can effectively promote the application of MBSE in the development of civil aircraft,so as to solve the problems of low quality,long period and high cost of traditional research methods.Landing gear system is one of the key systems of civil aircraft,this paper focuses on it and does some research.According to the MBSE method,this paper combs the requirements of the civil aircraft landing gear system simulation model and establishes the civil aircraft landing gear system simulation model modeling program.Then,the overall design functional framework of the model and the modeling specification of the simulation model are established.Finally,this paper develops a civil aircraft landing gear system simulation model according to the program and modeling standards,and conducts a civil aircraft landing gear system simulation model test and verification technology research.First of all,combined with the physical structure of the civil aircraft landing gear system and the characteristics of the MBSE method,the whole technical solution of the civil aircraft landing gear system modeling and simulation analysis was formulated.The program divides the modeling process into three stages: requirement analysis,top-level element modeling and component element modeling,and provides the methods of simulation verification.Secondly,Civil aircraft landing gear system modeling and simulation process involved in the basic theory,demand management mechanism,modeling and simulation language,modeling and simulation environment was studied in detail,and the architecture and characteristics of the system's static structure model and dynamic behavior model are also studied.Thirdly,civil aircraft landing gear system key subsystem / component modeling of the three stages(requirements analysis,top-level element modeling,component element modeling)has been implemented.Then,DOORS/Rhapsody-based requirements model and SysML /Simulink-based civil aircraft landing gear system model and model software code to meet system functional requirements are finally obtained.Fourthly,the Simulink and Rhapsody co-simulation mechanisms that support the internal data interaction and dynamic operation of the civil aircraft landing gear system model based on SysML /Simulink are designed..The Rhapsody panel diagram is taken as the design environment of the human-computer interaction interface,and the correctness and validity of the established civil aircraft landing gear system model are simulated and verified by using human-computer interaction interface combined with the operation of the state diagram animation.At last,the research in this paper is concluded and prospected.
