The hydraulic components industry of China grows rapidly recently, but there still existed large gaps in stability and reliability of product and so on. Product delivery test, the last process of product line, has great influence on the stability of the product, such that it focuses much on process and efficiency. Different from; the traditional test, tesing, diagnosis and regulation are highly coupled in the delivery test process. Due to the complex structure and function of the variable hydraulic pump, in addition, the process of their test methods are different from each other. As well, the traditional delivery test process relies much on the experience of the tester and exists many human factors, which may have great influent on the stability of product and test efficientcy.At present, the general solution to reduce the human factors of the delivery test is improving the automation, but many human factors are still existed. Due to the complex structure and function of the variable pump, realizing full-automatic testing not only cost too much and difficulty in technology, but also don’t have universal and poor in economy. So, this paper takes a kind of variable hydraulic pump as research object and based on "Process Management ", firstly, takes systematic research on the human factors of the product delivery test process, secondly,try to realize structured, streamlined from all sides of the test process in order to reduce the human factors.In this way, the stability of product and test efficiency could be improved in part. Each chapter of this paper is outlined as follows:In chapter 1. Current development situation of hydraulic components industry and the importance of product delivery test are introduced, the characteristics of variable pump product delivery test are analysised and the concept of process management is introduced, Finally, the significance and main subjects of this paper are presented through the analysis of current situation.In chapter 2. The enterprise test standard and the test process are formulated refer to the national standard. Accordingly, the hydraulic system of the test stand is designed. Then, in order to solve the "Water hammer effect" of the closed type hydraulic system, the mathematical model and AMEsim model are analysised, which guide the design of the hydraulic system and ensure the safty and reliability of the system.In chapter 3. The measurement system which taking industrial control computer, data acquisition card as core are builded.In order to solve the interference problem of the frequency converter, some anti interference measures are taken to ensure the accuracy of signal acquisition.In chapter 4. The software architecture is built based on "process management", The "wizard guide" of overall scheme is completed. All kinds of human factors in pump delivery test process are systematically analyzed and categorized. Have realized structured and streamlined of the test process by the methods of improving the automation, design of HCI system, design of real-time guidance, design of fault diagnosis and so on. Finally, "Double model software architecture" is built, qualifies the parameters of the products correct and improve the test efficiency at the same time.In chapter 5. The test procedure of the case pump is completed with Lab VIEW based on the software architecture in the last chapter. All the process management methods are realized. The mathematic model of the adjustment process is estabilished and fault diagnosis has been realized in part. In this way, the adjustment process could be quickly and accurately completed, and the test efficiency are improved.In chapter 6. By the way of experiment, The accuracy, repeatability and the ability of distinguish the fault product of the test stand are verified. In the same way, the fault diagnosis are verified. Finally, Through the comparison of experiment and simulation, the reliability of the hydraulic system is verified.In chapter 7. Some conclusions of this paper are given, the direction of the following research proposals are suggest.
