Leakage dissolution erosion of hydraulic concrete will directly lead to the deterioration of the concrete pore structure, increasing porosity, thereby it can affect the strength of concrete and impermeability.34 large and medium sized dam site were chosen for investigation, sampling and analysis.Shangyoujiang, Qixing, Jinggangchong and other reserviors were investigated in Jiangxi Province. Concrete and mortar subjected to corrosion.The cases were simulated by designing different proportion admixture of specimen.How mineral admixture of concrete affected material mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were studied.The results of surveys showed that there were mortar and concrete dams in Jiangxi province, suffered from dissolution erosion.What the reasons caused the results is that the quality of the water mainly was soft and had medium dissolution erosion.Special water environment leading calcium loss in the dams was called calcium precipitation phenomenon. Due to the comprehen sive effects of multiple factors, water quality, dam shape and height,construction period and quality, the corrosion degree of each reservoir dam was different from each other. Simulation test results show that, mixing with ash and slag could raise the resistence to leakage dissolution erosion of test block. In another test, one group was standardly cured, another group was sufferd from leakage dissolution erosion. How leakage dissolution erosion affect strength was analyzed by contrasting the strength of two groups in the 30 th day, the 60 th day and the 90 th day. The result of test showed that:Alkaline environment formated by erosion slowed loss of strength caused by erosion.According to research and simulation results, anti-corrosion resistance of material and dam can be developed through three aspects including the selection of raw materials, design of mixture and construction control.The systematic and targeted investigation and research about leakage dissolution erosion of big and middle-sized dams in Jiangxi Province have practical and theoretical significance for improving the durability of hydraulic concrete.
