| The electric energy meter testing equipment is a device for checking electric energy meter’s accuracy. It is necessary for the power sector, energy meter manufacturers, the standard measurement sector and so on. Therefore, the importance of electric energy meter calibration device is self-evident. After the China State Grid Corp proposed intelligent electric meter technical specification, in order to improve the verification system of work efficiency, it continues to intelligent, centralized, multi-site development.Currently, the device widely used in various power sector exist long test cycle, low efficiency, poor stability of the system, shut down phenomenon have occurred from time to time. The reason is the electric energy meter calibration device of a main control system core processor speed is not fast enough, data processing ability is limited.Another fundamental reason is that large-scale data transfer bottlenecks encountered reliability problems.This paper presents multi-station smart electric meter testing equipment based on CAN Bus.The main control system hardware based on the A8 processor, the embedded operating system software based on WinCE.Between the main control system and the error of instrument using CAN Bus communication. The number of error instrument station reched 96, the transmission rate reaches 500 kHz.Contents of the paper mainly completes the following:(1) The distributed control system architecture is applied to energy meter calibration device,between the PC, the main control system and error analyzer unit via CAN bus communication,mainly to solve the communication efficiency and communication reliability issues.(2) Designed the master control system and error analyzer unit hardware circuits.Master System hardware based on A8 processor, clock frequency up to 1GHz.The main controller of error analyzer unit is STM32, can simultaneously measure the energy meter and frequency error, and return the test data in real time.(3) Designed the master control system and error analyzer unit software and completed the basic functions of meter calibration device.In addition, the master control system also has other extensions,such as harmonic generation, waveform analysis, spectral analysis, distortion analysis and so on.(4) Error analyzer unit also has communication forwarding function, so that the upper function through the CAN bus to read and write the RS485 interface energy meter.Meter calibration steps can through 7 Inch Touch screen or by mouse, also can through the host computer with machine operation completed.(5) The design of the system online program downloading method based on CAN bus, through the host computer can be simultaneously to the 96 epitope one-time update.This paper designs a multi station smart electric energy meter calibration device based on CANBUS.After laboratory tests and field trials, to fully meet the requirements of smart meter calibration, product is easy to operate, fully functional, high intelligence, multi- quantity, high check efficiency, and low system cost and accuracy reach 0.05%. |
