With the rapid socio-economic development and urban construction, people want to promote environmental protection, resource utilization and improve the quality and reduce the waste of resources have become increasingly demanding. Vehicle dry mix mortar systems as an emerging technology that has developed rapidly about recent years in the construction industry. However, due to the current dry mix mortar system has some problems, such as positioning accuracy, low data transmission efficiency, weighing unscientific and inconvenient schedule operations. To address this situation, in this article, we take the vehicle dry mix mortar remote monitoring systems as an subject, we design and implement a hardware circuit board and Web Client Software for vehicle intelligent dry mix mortar remote monitoring system.In this article, we combined with GPS technology, GPRS technology, amplifier technology and control technology for STM32.We via the GPS receive circuit module to get the devices’ latitude and longitude information in real time, and use the STM32 to collection and processing the location information and the amplifier signal, and use the GPRS network for data transmission. On the other hand, we use display circuit and Web browser to display information and monitor information. This article, we mainly from the following four aspects to research the intelligent vehicle dry mix mortar remote monitoring system.(1) Detailed study of the background and significance of the subject, domestic and international research trends, the overall system structure and working principle of each part, and describes the TCP/IP transport protocols and NMEA0183 data protocol, and based on those protocols, we proposed GPRS data transmission and GPS data extraction methods,we use the method with rectangular area oriented approach to make the GPS data error within 5 meters.(2) Detailed study the Hardware circuit for intelligent vehicle dry mix mortar remote monitoring system. Describesthe schematic design process about Power supply circuit, the data transfer circuit, the positioning circuit, the signal amplifying circuit, the display circuit and the main control circuit. For the signal amplifying circuit, we via the Multism software to validation the schematic is true or false.(3) Details the design process for Web client of the intelligent vehicle dry mortar remote monitoring system, Introduction the design principle and condition of data form, Introduction the Web front-end interfacedesign process and the server design process.(4) According to the design, we completion the hardware circuit design and Web clients design, and debug the separate function module,and debug the whole system function, at last, achieve the experiment results, the results repress that the system design have been achieved the expected goals.
