The Research And Development Of Transformer Oil Chromatographic Detection

Power transformer, as one of the core equipment of power grid, its proper functioning is the important guarantee of safe, reliable, high quality and economic operation. With the improvement of transformer rated voltage and the increase in single capacity and operating life, shutting down the power transformer to do the prevent test is not appropriate any more for today, therefore online detection for the transformer is particularly important. Transformer oil chromatography detection is for examining the transformer without shutting down, it recognize the early signs of malfunction, and make judgment on the malfunction parts and severity of malfunction, based on the current actual working condition of the transformer, and determine the optimal chance for maintenance of the equipment.Choosing the appropriate online detection technology, and developing the corresponding detection device for transformer condition information is the prerequisite for engineering application realization of state-detection technology. In this paper, based on the analysis of each oil-immersed transformer insulation malfunctioning, we compared the practicality and effectiveness of online detection technology and used oil chromatographic analysis method to detect the state of transformer insulation. Under the condition of understanding the principle of detection, we designed the hardware and software composition of the detection system. Finally, we selected the instance in the transformer substation to analyze, and choosed a practical example to validate the design of the system.In this thesis, according to the design and implementation of the transformer oil chromatograph on-line detection system, it tells the overall design scheme of the system and the design scheme of the main modules and the implementation of each above. By analysis we can find that the effect of the system is ideal and it also proves.
