Because of the high level of the transformer hv side and the large capacity of the regulating coil,Uhv substation use mode,which is called setting regulating transformer.Considered that changing tap on neutral point is VFVV,if no appropriate measures were taken,the output voltage of the low voltage side will change along with the change of tap position,so adding correction transformer in regulating transformer is necessary.Due to the complexity of the structure,the uhv transformer will face more severe situation than normal substation.Once the equipment is not isolation timely,which leads to accidents expanding,even appear large-scale blackouts,will seriously affect residents' daily work life.So the security and reliability of the main transformer and high voltage reactor become the key point in the operation of State Grid.Using on-line monitoring device to monitor the operation of transformer is becoming more and more important.Considering the influence of monitor cycle,the periodic test of chromatographic analysis method which dissolved gases of transformer oil is difficult to discover the sudden fault inside the transformer.Installing transformer oil chromatogram on-line monitoring system on the high voltage transformer can timely found potential faults in during the operation process of the power transformer which can detect and forewarn the fault of power transformer.For collection of data in the period showed some kind of development trend analysis,judgment and warning;Collecting data through on-site to monitor host on the network,remote real-time monitoring.Through collocating reasonable and reliable on-line monitoring system and combining with analysis by synthesis of site operation of the main transformer and high voltage reactor can can predict the health condition,find the problem in advance,solve the problem,isolate the fault and Build up agood basis for life evaluation of primary equipment and the safe and stable operation of power grid.In this paper,from the angle of actual application,through studying the corresponding relations between the transformer and its faults,oil chromatogram on-line monitoring device,structure function and the introduction of typical application,make site operation and maintenance personnel can master the structure and principle of the oil chromatogram device at home and abroad,And based on the principle of two kinds of on-line monitoring system and research in field use,compared with the actual sample data,to delve into actual monitoring under different technical conditions in their respective advantages and disadvantages of these two systems.Finally combining with the actual maintenance and accident emergency handling,etc.,put forward my own opinion of on-line monitoring system for improvement and optimization.
